Return Policy - Coffee
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns except in the case of damaged product or quality issues. If you receive damaged goods, please notify us immediately with the details, quoting your invoice number and photo within 7 days of receiving your shipment..
We will replace your coffee purchase (with your receipt) within 14 days of receiving your returned product.
We only accept damaged returns within the first 2 weeks of receiving your item, except during special periods with extended time such as the Holiday season (see below for details). Product(s) must be unopened, unused, and inside their original packaging and a proof of purchase must be provided to our customer service team to qualify. Consumables & food, such as coffee, tea, all pods, or treats which have been opened are not eligible for return.
Note: We do not process any refunds or exchanges between December 26th to January 2nd. Returns will be processed after that time.
Return Policy - Apparel
ON ALL APPAREL (no order minimum)
(We will use the following shipping methods for the FREE SHIPPING. Canadian= Canada Post Expedited, USA=USPS Small Pack Air, and International= Surface Mail)
Please note as some of our merchandise is fulfilled from an associated Print On Demand company, which means that these products are unique and produced only once order is placed and are all sales final.
This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size , color or simply don't like it.

MY ITEM DIDN'T FIT. CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN IT?
If we sent you the wrong size, different from what you ordered, we will of course make it right.
Please email us at kindgrindscoldbrew@gmail.com and Include your order number, email address and name on the order as well as the details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason you would like to make the exchange. Upon approval, we will have a replacement item printed and shipped to you as quickly as possible.
We can not accept exchanges for items that exceed our 45 day exchange window.
Since we are using a print on demand platform, it's so important that you use the sizing charts to determine the correct fit for you. If you ordered the wrong size, and we sent you what you ordered, we won't be able to print another shirt without another order.
HOW DO I RETURN A WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM(S)?
While it is rare, mistakes can happen. Please email us at kindgrindscoldbrew@gmail.com and Include your order number, email address and name on the order as well as a photo of the incorrect or defective item. This will allow us to verify the mistake and issue a replacement item. We do not require you to return the item if it is in fact defective or incorrect.
Print on Demand - Please Note
Embroidery Decoration Fulfillment times: 7– 10 business days.
Direct To Garment Decoration Fulfillment times: 3 – 7 business days.
All Print on Demand items are non-refundable, as they are made to order.
It's important that you select the right size. We can not offer exchanges due to wrong size being purchased.
